“Here’s some input.  When someone is looking for a loan on their lawsuit….generally one of the first things I was looking for was the timeframe in which I could get the funds I needed.  Since I had a previous experience with another company I had the ability to compare notes…  The # 1 thing that you offered me and was worth the extra expense was you handled getting my attorney on the ball. The first time I had to do all the leg work, follow-up on everything and be my own middle man. The other company did nothing I was responsible to be constantly calling, faxing and running around to be sure each side was doing what they said they were doing. It took all together 8 weeks although I was promised 2 weeks…  By the time I got the check I had lost my house and my car had been repo’d…  I had to take the entire check just to get my car back.  All I had needed to save the house was 1000.00 and 300.00 for the car…  Crazy huh…  They repo’d my car for missing 2 bi-weekly payments of 125.00 and a 40.00 late fee…  and I had paid them 3800.00 cash as a down payment….  the company delayed things because they had not asked for all the paperwork from the attorney up front and then mixed up the 2 cases…then the attorney dragged his feet…it was horrible.
